At The Whispering Willow Farm, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and garden treasures. If an item isn't the perfect fit for your sanctuary, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all non-perishable goods.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or email our farmhouse support team with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods at the farm, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
